Château Bel Air

AOC Bordeaux Supérieur Red

A small estate owned by the same family for four generations, Château Bel Air lies at the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers wine-growing region in the village of Nérigean. The quality of its terroir, the meticulously worked vines and careful vinification make this chateau a reference within the appellation.

    VINTAGE 2009

    TASTING NOTES

Produced in a legendary vintage, the wine is a deep garnet hue and reveals red-berried fruit and spices at first sniff. The palate is round and ample, as fruity and fresh as the nose, becoming firmer with the emergence of silky, generous tannins. Will make excellent drinking over an informal meal of shoulder of lamb with flageolet beans, entrecote and fried cepe mushrooms, or with a selection of fine cheese.

    AGEING

    To drink from 2012.
