    TASTING NOTES

Beautiful hue of deep ruby red, slightly brick at rim. Generous, expressive and many-layered nose of overripe red and black fruit (blackcurrant, cherry). Swirling reveals spicy, smoky aromas. The supple, creamy attack gives way to reveal flavours typical of well-ripened grapes. Good tannic structure, the tannins fine and silky. A wine now at its peak, displaying excellent balance. Well-structured finish with a lingering, fruity back-of-palate. A beautifully aged 2003.

    AGEING

At its peak in 2015, enjoy it as part of a special meal with a generous cheese board.
