TASTING NOTES
A deep red hue, Château Gontier is redolent of ripe fruit, with liquorice and menthol notes adding extra vibrancy. On the palate, these aromas are combined with a silkily tannic structure reinforced by powerful flavour; velvety texture, great length. This balanced, generous wine is ideal with a red meat dish or a generous cheese board. An accessible wine that also makes an excellent aperitif, great with any modern or improvised cuisine.
