    TASTING NOTES

Brilliant pale yellow hue with slightly greenish tints, offering a generous array of floral and citrus aromas. The palate is more mineral, displaying great freshness with just the slightest hint of vanilla and toast. The long finish breathes balance and harmony. A typical Graves without the shadow of a doubt, ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a fine roast chicken, for example.
