Château Haut Jonset AOC Bordeaux Rosé - Technical sheet

Château Haut Jonset

AOC Bordeaux Rosé

Château Haut Jonset is situated on the slopes of the Entre-Deux-Mers wine region. This small family estate run by Yannick Gresta is planted exclusively with Merlot Noir, which yields supple, voluptuous wines. Half the yield is used to make rosé by the saignée method, allowing greater concentration of the vats reserved for Château Haut Jonset.
