TASTING NOTES
Fruit of this exceptional vintage, a brilliant, sustained garnet colour which inspires confidence, as does the expressive bouquet, typical of this terroir, of ripe Merlot, accompanied by hints of vanilla and toast from ageing in quality oak. Balanced attack, the mid-palate also seductively balanced between creamy extract and plump, smooth tannins. The long finish ends with a wonderfully fresh, fruity back-of-palate of cherry and blackberry. An expressive wine which should age well.

TASTING NOTES
This vintage is a deep purple hue with slightly brick tints. Its black fruit aromas (blackcurrant and blackberry) are highlighted by notes of oak and leather. The supple, rounded tannins gain in intensity and linger on the palate, while the finish is harmonious, displaying earthy notes and fine aromatic complexity. A very fine example of this prestigious appellation. Enjoy over a festive meal, for example with braised beef.

TASTING NOTES
Limpid and brilliant in appearance, the colour ranging from hues of deep ruby red to still purple tints at the rim. The equally generous bouquet fills the senses with spices, blackberry and blackcurrant with a floral note evocative of violets. The palate is warm, ample and fruity, underpinned by tannins which are still young but with a little bottle ageing will evolve yet creamier extract. A decidedly excellent achievement in what is already a legendary year.
