TASTING NOTES
Beautiful, brilliant pale yellow. Expressive nose with tropical, citrus notes; a pleasant, fresh wine. Aromatic at the attack, with beautifully achieved balance between the fullness of the palate and the freshness of the Sauvignon. The mid-palate is beautifully rounded, as is the lingering, aromatic finish that continues the impression of freshness.
AGEING
To drink young but good ageing potential – 4-5 years.

TASTING NOTES
The wine presents itself with a beautiful pale yellow color. The nose is open to expressive notes of Sauvignon : exotic and citrus aromas dominate. The whole thing is fresh and tasty. In the mouth, the attack is tonic. The general structure is balanced between a fruity freshness (lemon and pineapple) and aromatic and a nice volume due to its fine texture. The whole is of a good length leaving the palate on citrus notes and a light toast. Culinary pairings: oysters, shellfish, seafood, cheeses.
AGEING
To drink young but good ageing potential – 4-5 years.
