    TASTING NOTES

An intense garnet hue, this wine exhales scents of red fruit (ripe cherry) and prune on swirling, highlighted by hints of spicier, more animal aromas. The rounded, meaty palate is underpinned by firm tannins; these in turn are offset by the freshness of the Cabernet, making for a harmonious, lingering finish. Great as an aperitif to enjoy with friends, but will go just as well with a generous cheese board as part of a festive meal.

    AGEING

A wine which can be drunk young from 2014 or, for more mature notes, after several years’ bottle-aging.
