    TASTING NOTES

A beautifully clear and brilliant pale yellow. The nose offers an impression of freshness, blending white-fleshed fruit and tropical aromas with a hint of citrus. The attack is mild and full, unfolding to reveal a fresh, invigorating mid-palate. The long finish and back-of-palate recall the complex fruity aromas found on the nose. A wine that begs oysters, but try it with sauté’d foie gras, or goat’s cheese. Enjoy!

    AGEING

Can be drunk young but 2-3 years' ageing will afford greater warmth and richer aromas.

    TASTING NOTES

Brilliant pale yellow. Complex nose of white fruit, white flowers and hints of citrus fruit. Full and soft on the palate with fresh balancing acidity and good length. Lots of white fruit flavours and mineral notes on the finish. Moulin de Launay 2015 would be excellent with seafood, grilled fish or poultry with sauce dishes, as well as a good Brebis-style sheep’s milk cheese.

    TASTING NOTES

A beautiful light golden hue, this wine offers a floral bouquet in which almond, hawthorn, honeysuckle and acacia blossom all play a role. The palate is creamily smooth with an acid zing. The same spring-like notes are evident in the balanced, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif. A good match for fish and shellfish as well as most cheeses – goat’s, ewe's and pressed. A fresh, fruity wine to be drunk within two years.
