    TASTING NOTES

A deep crimson hue with purple tints denoting youth. The elegant, complex nose is reminiscent of fig jam, toast, liquorice and coffee. Chewy, velvety palate, succulent and restrained and offset by fine freshness – a sign of Merlot harvested at ideal maturity.
