Château Roc du Breuil
AOC Côtes de Bourg Red
An intense ruby hue with some perceptible purple tints in this 2011. The nose is one of fresh fruit, with spicy and earthy notes. The palate is dense and rounded, the fruity flavours underpinned by elegant tannins wrapped in creamy extract, leaving a fine impression at the finish. A wine that will be ready for drinking very soon or can be cellared for a few years. A good match for grilled red meat in sauce, or cheese
To drink from 2014.
A brilliant crimson hue. Powerful, elegant bouquet dominated by overripe black berried fruit. Warm, chewy palate over a young but elegant tannic structure. A powerful, harmonious wine with fine ageing potential. The ideal accompaniment to an informal meal, with meat stews, grilled meats or a well-garnished cheese board.
