Château Roc du Breuil
AOC Côtes de Bourg Red
The result of a legendary vintage, this wine is a beautiful, brilliant purple hue. The nose evolves around frank aromas of black-berried fruits and spices –an expressive bouquet which continues throughout the creamy, lingering palate, underpinned by fine, velvety tannins. A very fine Médoc with excellent ageing potential. The ideal accompaniment to an informal meal, with meat stews, grilled meats or a well-garnished cheese board.
To drink from 2017.
A beautiful, sustained ruby red to rim, Château Roc du Breuil presents a complex and fruity bouquet of ripe fruit and spices. On the palate, rich, elegant tannins are wrapped in smooth, creamy extract, making for a lingering finish. Without any doubt a great vintage and a wine which displays all the class typical of its exceptional terroir. A wine that will be ready for drinking very soon or can be cellared for a few years. A good match for grilled red meat in sauce, or cheese.
To drink from 2018. Good aging potential.
