    TASTING NOTES

The terroir around Preignac yields lighter Sauternes than those from the south of the appellation, but just as rich and highly aromatic. This is an excellent 2008, dense and supple and displaying a beautiful golden hue, a powerful bouquet of jammy berried fruit, typical Sauternes flavours and a harmonious palate with floral notes. A wine with great longevity, for laying down.

    AGEING

A deliciously fresh wine when young. Will keep for 10 years.

    TASTING NOTES

A beautiful golden hue, this wine expresses all the richness and complexity typical of its outstanding appellation: jammy citrus fruit, dried apricot, bitter orange and acacia blossom are all to be found in it. Wonderfully concentrated, the palate unfurls tremendous power yet is never cloying thanks to its great freshness and smooth, perfectly balanced extract. The finish is long, delicately perfumed and fresh.
