TASTING NOTES
Hugely expressive nose of roasted coffee and toast with a very pleasant touch of pine nuts and resin. The silky tannin on the palate evolves to provide a persistent structure, making for fine length. A highly elegant wine with great finesse. This vintage has all the freshness and fruitiness typical of this high-lying terroir.

TASTING NOTES
Very open and expressive nose of cherry jam and prunes with hints of mint. The palate, is soft and silky, supported by good ripe tannins, while the finish is fresh, long and aromatic Château Trillol 2013 has all the characteristic elegance, freshness and fruit of a high altitude wine. Best served between 17 – 18oC. A good match for roast or grilled chicken, guinea fowl and other poultry, as well as grilled red meat. Delicious with creamy cheeses served with good artisanal bread.

Nose of red fruits with a nuance of thyme and black pepper. Fresh, filigree front-of-palate with a crescendoing bouquet of black fruit. Fine length and an elegant structure with fine-grained tannins. A sensation of aerial lightness and generous sunshine.

Expressive, crunchy nose of ripe black fruit – blackcurrant and prune. Elegant and supple sum up the palate, the clean attack dissolving into a medley of jammy, peppery and spicy aromas. The exquisitely fine tannins reflect the generous sunshine at altitude. A wine with many years ahead of it. Serve at 17°C-18°C – A good match for poultry, grilled red meat and creamy cheeses. Will also pair well with a delicious granary bread.

Sustained colour. Crisp, expressive and characteristic nose of black berried fruits and herby fragrances with a touch of liquorice. Mouthfilling, smooth and borne along by a pleasing freshness, crunchy and well-structured at the same time. A cuvee that contains all the flavours and fragrances of the Mediterranean uplands, expressing the generosity of this Hautes Corbières terroir. Serve at 17°C-18°C with red meat, barbecues, dishes in sauce or soft cheese. Delicious with quality cereal bread.
