Château Trillol AOC Corbières White - Technical sheet

Château Trillol

AOC Corbières White

High in the hills of the Corbières, in a stunning corner of south west France, Château Trillol has been the Sichel family property since 1990. At 400m above sea level, the vineyard is located in two of the Corbières terroirs: Termenès and Quéribus. Here thelocal grape varieties, Roussanne and Maccabeu (harvested by hand), result in an authentic wine that is packed with character and a strong sense of place. A very aromatic wine with aromas of white flowers and exotic fruit. Intriguing and very versatile!

The generously ample, silky attack is underpinned by great vibrant freshness. The aromatic back-of-palate adds an atypical finishing touch that cannot fail to please. A great white wine made with little-known grape varieties – to try out with friends as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to a fish dish.

A pale yellow colour. Clearly outlined, subtle nose of wild blossom and lemon verbena accompanied by a hint of mild spice and white fruit. An excellent white wine that will be expressing its full potential from autumn 2017.
