    TASTING NOTES

Every effort has been made to get our taste buds tingling here! The brilliant ruby-red colour with deep purple tints promises a wine of great freshness. The nose reveals a subtle blend of black-berried fruits – blackberry and blackcurrant – and a hint of spicy pepper and Mediterranean herbs, which is Syrah’s signature flavour. This is a true charmer of a wine, with a round front-of-palate and creamy extract and a superbly fresh finish. An open, generous, fruity and expressive wine. Distinctly easy-to-drink and made for sharing with friends and family, with or without food.

    AGEING

    TASTING NOTES

This wine made the very most of the generous 2015 vintage and the personality of its unique terroir. To start with, the brooding red hue with deep purple tints is a sign of great richness. Next, the bouquet is a wonderful combination of notes of blackberry and blackcurrant with mild spice and the fragrance of the surrounding garrigue. Lastly, the palate has just the right amount of richness without excessive extract, and a creamy texture enveloping balanced tannins. A true charmer of a wine which will be a delight to share over a barbecue or, slightly chilled, as an aperitif with friends.
