Domaine de Pellehaut has been owned and managed by successive generations of the Béraut family for over 300 years. Today, the wines made with passion and dedication by Mathieu and Martin Béraut win systematic praise from the trade and press in France and throughout the world.     TASTING NOTES

    With a coral pink hue, this wine is fresh and fruity. There are red fruits such as redcurrant, raspberry but also white peach. The finish is slightly bergamot with a floral touch (poppy and pansy). To be enjoyed chilled, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to grilled meats.

    AGEING

    A complex blend, to drink within 2 years of the vintage to savor the full aromatic expression of this cuvée.

    TASTING NOTES

    With its light pink hue, this wine has a fresh nose of vine peach and poppy. On the palate, it's tasty, with a hint of zesty grenadine (bergamot zest). Definitely a rosé of pleasure, remarkably vinified. Enjoy it chilled at any time of year, as an aperitif or with a convivial dinner party.
