Domaine de Pellehaut has been owned and managed by successive generations of the Béraut family for over 300 years. Situated in the heart of Gascony, Pellehaut benefits from the region's wonderful microclimate, where the long, sunny, early autumn days (hence the name Eté Gascon - Gascon Summer), are ideal for bringing the grapes to the stage of surmaturation whilst maintaining a degree of refreshing acidity. Eté Gascon is a fabulous sweet wine, dense and rich with intense yet subtle aromas. Suitable for Vegan.

    TASTING NOTES

    With a yellow color with a green reflection, this mellow wine offers a melting pot of exotic fruits and fruits with yellow flesh. The apricot gives way to the juiciness of the mango and the liveliness of the passion fruit, ending with the sweetness of the peach. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to white meat or with blue-veined cheese...

    TASTING NOTES

    This wine offers a blend of sweetness and freshness, with fruits such as vine peach, pineapple and apricot. Everything is highlighted by honeysuckle. Crisp and fruity on the palate, followed by aromas identical to those on the nose. Slightly mellow and accompanied by a lovely freshness, L'Eté Gascon is an invitation to gourmandise with its melting pot of tasty fruits. A perfect accompaniment to all your festive meals, aperitifs and desserts.
