Domaine de Pellehaut Réserve

IGP Côtes de Gascogne White

Gascony has accustomed us to vibrantly fresh, succulent and convivial whites. Made from venerable Chardonnay and young Petit-Manseng vines, with its similarity to the very great white appellations Pellehaut Réserve Blanc opens up new insights into a less well-known but far more complex Gascony.

    TASTING NOTES

A yellow color with green reflections, its nose enchants us with its notes of vanilla, linden, peach. The palate is round and soft, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits and angelica. The smooth finish reminds us of candied plum, with a slight bitterness of grapefruit. To enjoy with a cheese, fish or poultry platter
