Domaine de Pellehaut Réserve

IGP Côtes de Gascogne White

Gascony has accustomed us to vibrantly fresh, succulent and convivial whites. Made from venerable Chardonnay and young Petit-Manseng vines, with its similarity to the very great white appellations Pellehaut Réserve Blanc opens up new insights into a less well-known but far more complex Gascony.

    TASTING NOTES

A high-quality cuvee with plenty of character! Pale gold. Ripe tropical fruit at the attack with hints of vanilla and spices. After a very full, smooth attack, the palate reveals mouthfilling extract and fine, concentrated complexity. Surprising, lingering finish. A white Gascony wine with body and surprising originality and power. A wine of “Burgundian” influence. Serve at 13-16°C with seafood, fish, red or white meat, stews, cheese.
