TASTING NOTES
Clad in a delicate, pale pink, this characterful wine – an unusual blend of Malbec and Cabernets – unveils a generous nose of small berried fruits, cherry, floral notes and mild spice. The invigorating, chiselled palate lacks neither roundness nor volume while offering great freshness and outstanding minerality. A wine to serve chilled and sip with friends on a fine summer evening – pure pleasure!
AGEING

Cassagnau Rosé is a beautiful, clear, pale pink hue. The elegant and intense nose presents an array of floral and berried fruit notes with a hint of elegant spice. The supple, ethereal attack gives way to amazing freshness and a mineral finish! Best served chilled in beautiful stem glasses, ideal as an aperitif or with an informal meal to accompany a fine summer salad, Asian dishes or a carefully grilled farmhouse chicken!
