    TASTING NOTES

Its very light rose petals color continues on the nose with floral notes, a touch of citrus and spices. The palate brings together the freshness of Cabernet Franc and a delicate flesh lifted by a stimulating mineral sensation! Then appear the classic Pinot Noir red berry fruits flavors! A delicious, elegant and feminine wine. What a pleasure to taste this wine with friends, served chilled, on a beautiful summer evening to accompany Mediterranean dishes, or quite simply, grilled meats!

    AGEING

To drink young, within the 2-3 years following its vintage.

    TASTING NOTES

As an aperitif or at the table, served chilled, this rosé will have a beautiful effect in its pale, luminous and shiny colour. It will successively deliver delicate floral and fresh fruit aromas. All in lightness, the mouth reserves a nice moment of tasting punctuated by gluttony, with a nice balance between roundness and aromatic freshness which reveals notes of peach and mango. The slightly spicy return signs its southern origin. Undoubtedly a wine to be served in beautiful stemmed glasses on a set table, for a festive summer meal.
