    VINTAGE 2013

    TASTING NOTES

Unusual nose – generous, very floral and heady, with spicy notes evolving. Right from the attack displays beautiful balance over a masculine structure. The tannins are taut, powerful and wrapped in creamy extract – the hallmark of this wine's prestigious origin and exceptional terroir. An elegant wine, typical of the appellation. Lingering, aromatic finish of red fruit, blackcurrant and blackberry, with toasty notes and a hint of vanilla.

    AGEING

Can be enjoyed while young (2-3 years after vintage) but has cellaring potential for quite a few years more.

    VINTAGE 2014

    TASTING NOTES

The deep red colour of this 2014 sets the tone for the tasting: elegance and intensity. Beneath an oaky layer (nutmeg and toasted bread), the equally elegant bouquet unveils sustained, overripe dark and red fruit scents and earthy aromas. After a chewy attack, the ample, rounded structure unfolds, culminating in a long, spicy finish. A wine that reveals all the richness of this exceptional terroir.
