    TASTING NOTES

A deeply coloured wine offering a complex bouquet of black cherry, wild Mediterranean herbs, spice and pepper. The harmonious palate, firmly structured by ripe but perfectly smooth tannins, has excellent balance thanks to the freshness and minerality typical of this terroir in the Upper Corbières

    AGEING

To be drunk young, from 2011.

    TASTING NOTES

Beautiful purple colour. The powerful nose expresses aromas of spices, olives and extremely ripe fruits. On the palate the structure is unctuous and lingering. The finish is long-lasting with aromatic notes of the Garrigue and black fruits. It is a wine of character.
