Château Le Bourdillot - Cuvée Séduction

AOC Graves Red

Château Le Bourdillot, the house and lands of which date back to at least 1818, have belonged to the Haverlan family since 1906. Four generations have succeeded one another in this outstanding terroir. Among the recent investments, we can cite the transformation of the former stables into vatting cellars, installation of a climate-conditioning system and a vat temperature control system, and the purchase of a reverse osmosis filter. Château Le Bourdillot is a regular winner in numerous competitions, its awards including gold medals at Paris, Bordeaux, Brussell and Macon, and “coup de cœur” (“top pick”) in the Hachette Wine Guide and Le Point magazine.

    Миллезим 2011

This 2011 displays a ruby hue, with deep purple tints denoting youthfulness. The open, many-layered nose exudes overripe red fruit, highlighted by fine oaky flavours (cocoa). After a soft, chewy attack, spice and black fruit notes develop, with a hint of vanilla underpinned by velvety tannins. An elegant, balanced finish, the typical Graves flavours (nutty, flinty) promising fine ageing potential.

Ready for drinking in 2014 but can be laid down for 12-15 years.
