By its intensity, the dark color, with garnet reflections, announces that of the bouquet. Very harmonious, it opens with notes woody before letting ripe black fruits and a touch of violet express themselves, enhanced with fine notes of leather. The palace, round and balanced, supported by supple tannins and discreet woodiness, pleasantly leads us to a spicy finish. The whole is harmonious and delicious, expressing all the generosity of its terroir and promising good aging potential.

Drinks well from 2021 but will stand cellaring for a couple of years.

Pomeys 2019 is an intense, brilliant crimson in colour with a nose displaying frank aromas of black-berried fruits and spices. The vanilla and roasted notes bear witness to masterful ageing in oak. Remarkable structure and length underpinned by fine, velvety tannins. Wine aficionados will rightly recognise this as the product of a great terroir.
