This small cuvée, from this unique terroir of the rolled pebble bed of Cassagnau, delivers a small nugget in all simplicity: freshness, fruit, pleasure! The frame is marked by aromas and flavors of ripe red fruits, violet and peony, spices with a liquorice background and silky tannins on the finish. A gourmet wine that offers you beautiful moments of sharing during improvised meals or aperitif dinners on a charcuterie board, black olive foccacia, roasted camembert and sheep's cheese!
