Gascony has accustomed us to vibrantly fresh, succulent and convivial whites. Made from venerable Chardonnay and young Petit-Manseng vines, with its similarity to the very great white appellations Pellehaut Réserve Blanc opens up new insights into a less well-known but far more complex Gascony.

ДЕГУСТАЦИОННЫЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ
This clear, bright white wine with green reflections is flowery, fruity with toasted notes on the palate. The nose is generous with notes of honeysuckle, apricot/white peach and candied lemon. The palate is greedy showing hints of pear in syrup, punctuated by floral notes of honeysuckle and candied lemon. It will go perfectly with dishes based on poultry, fish or a cheese platter.
