Cap Bel Air
AOC Bordeaux White
A white Bordeaux with a modern look. Fresh, easily identifiable, evocative, expressive and aromatic, this is a wine of pleasant, vibrant flavours supplied by the Sauvignon. The wine is bottled early, just five months after harvesting, without any ageing in oak to conserve its full freshness. Fruity nose with a straightforward palate. A pleasurable, easy-to-drink wine. Also exists as rosé.

TASTING NOTES
An attractive pale yellow in colour with greenish tints, a sign of delicious freshness. The nose is bursting with youthful verve, displaying aromas of grapefruit, mango and litchi. Pleasing palate, very fresh and ample, a very finely expressed Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is fresh and aromatic, with the same persistent notes of white-fleshed and citrus fruits and fine length. A well-crafted wine which allows the typical character of this superb grape variety to show through.
AGEING
To drink from 2014.
