The freshness and humidity of the ocean influence, mitigates the hot and dry Mediterranean climate. This cuvée is vinified with the highest level of skill, selected with great severity, is representative of its appellation.

TASTING NOTES
Beautiful bright straw yellow colour with green highlights. An intense and complex nose in its aromatic expression full of freshness: exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and citrus mingle, accompanied by discreet spicy touches. A delicacy of fruit that does not weaken an inch on the attack, fleshy, tangy and very fresh on the finish. In this vintage there is all the richness, freshness and aromas of this unique terroir. Served chilled, this cuvée will adapt perfectly to improvised aperitifs or to simple desires for “a small glass of white wine” at mealtime.
