TASTING NOTES
Dive into the heart of the Pays d'Oc, with this pretty wine, with its intense red colour, which exhales wild red fruits, black pepper and garrigue. ext, the bouquet is a wonderful combination of notes of blackberry and blackcurrant with mild spice and the fragrance of the surrounding garrigue. Lastly, the palate has just the right amount of richness without excessive extract, and a creamy texture enveloping balanced tannins. A true charmer of a wine which will be a delight to share over a barbecue or, slightly chilled, as an aperitif with friends.

Ready for drinking from 2024. Can be enjoyed young; will be even more delicious after several years’ cellaring.
