    TASTING NOTES

An almost black ruby red with purple tints denoting the youthfulness of this wine. Beautifully expressive nose with notes of plum and blackberry and a touch of toast and vanilla. A silky texture envelops the firm structure typical of the appellation and an exceptional vintage. Focused, lingering finish with roasted notes, the sign of careful ageing. No doubt about it, this is another step up the quality scale for a wine which has never ceased to distinguish itself for quite a number of vintages. Wait another few years before opening.
