Tended by the third generation of the Latorse family, this estate has undergone major changes during the past fifty years or more, starting with its size, which has grown from 41 to over 120 hectares.
The family has not hesitated in investing in the best possible equipment: temperature control, pneumatic presses, technical management software, stainless steel vats and a barrel-ageing cellar, as well as a sewage station to help protect the environment, and solar panels.
With the Latorse family, respect for tradition goes hand in hand with a keen interest in technical innovation.

TASTING NOTES
Draped in an elegant deep garnet color, this wine expresses with intensity and freshness around red and black fruits with a toasty touch. Ample, powerful, supported by perfectly extracted tannins, the mouth offers a remarkable fruity which stretches lengthily in the final. Château L'Ombrière plays in the range of tasty and balanced wines. A harmonious wine which will make an ideal accompaniment for grilled meat or a cheese as part of an informal meal.
AGEING
To be enjoyed from 2023 and can be kept in the cellar for a few years.
