TASTING NOTES
Light yellow in hue. Expressive, complex nose of white-fleshed fruit, white blossom and sweetbread. Light at the attack, then the gossamer palate takes you on a slow journey to the gentle finish. A Chardonnay of intense aromas and remarkable length. Will accompany an entire meal from aperitif to cheese. Ideal with fish, such as gravlax-style Pyrenean trout.

A delicious wine, to be drunk within 3-4 years after vintage.

TASTING NOTES
Yellow-hued with greenish tints. Complex, expressive nose typical of Chardonnay and displaying myriads of floral fragrances highlighted by sweetbread notes and a hint of citrus fruit. The balanced palate will satisfy every taste. Very fine length. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif, with seafood and other fish dishes right through to the cheese.

TASTING NOTES
A limpid yellow hue with green tints, this wine offers up a smooth, delicately floral bouquet of acacia and hawthorn, as well as ripe yellow fruits such as apricot. The frank attack is followed by fruity roundness. Besides its supple structure, this Chardonnay displays a complex palate – a sophisticatedly blend of exotic floral and vanilla flavours. An ideal match for scallops, fish and poultry.
