    TASTING NOTES

Golden yellow colour. A beguiling nose which sweeps you off an a tour of the orchards of Gascony in summer, redolent of yellow-fleshed peaches and apricots. Well-integrated, balanced palate. This Chardonnay vintage 2014 has undergone partial malolactic fermentation which tempers its vigour and brings out its creamy texture. Aged on fine lees, partly in oak, which complements the fruit notes with vanilla aromas. A Gascon Chardonnay with the accent of Burgundy!

    AGEING

A delicious wine, to be drunk within 3-4 years after vintage.

    VINTAGE 2015

    TASTING NOTES

A limpid, brilliant wine with a pale yellow hue. The intense, fresh nose is evocative of white-fleshed and tropical fruits – pear, pineapple and lychee. On the palate, the flavours swell to mouth-filling proportions, adding suppleness and body to the fruit that lingers to the very end. Serve chilled as an aperitif, or to accompany an appetizer of chicken vol-au-vent, a main dish of poultry, a cheese board or a dessert.

    AGEING

A delicious wine, to be drunk within 3-4 years after vintage.
