IGP Côtes de Gascogne Red

Domaine de Pellehaut has been owned and managed by successive generations of the Béraut family for over 300 years. Today, the wines made with passion and dedication by Mathieu and Martin Béraut win systematic praise from the trade and press in France and throughout the world. Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne red is remarkably balanced, showing intense fruit flavours married with toasty oak. Very approachable, easy-drinking but with lots of class and depth.

    TASTING NOTES

    Light red hue with deep purple tints. The nose opens up gently on swirling to reveal notes of fruit and spices. Fresh, fruity palate, with a subtle, well-integrated tannic structure. A fruit-forward wine redolent of blackberry and other berried fruits with attendant peppery notes. A naturally balanced, concentrated vintage that will evolve during the course of the year.

    At its best drunk within the 1 to 4 years following its vintage. To be drunk as from 2015!

    TASTING NOTES

    A brilliant cherry hue, this wine is redolent of blackcurrant and blackberry, pepped up with peppery notes. Ample and supple as well as fruity, from start to finish. A multifaceted red that will add a special touch to every meal.

    At its best drunk within the 1 to 4 years following its vintage. To be drunk as from 2016!

    A brilliant cherry hue, this wine is redolent of blackcurrant and blackberry, pepped up with notes of pepper and cocoa. Ample, supple and fruity from start to finish. A young, light and fruit-forward red wine that will match any dish.
