TASTING NOTES
This petit cru offers a wine with a very beautiful dark red color with purple reflections. The expressive bouquet, with elegant notes of ripe Merlot, typical of this terroir, offers aromas of red fruits, blackberries and blackcurrant. The palate is warm, full, fruity and supported by tannins that are still young but which will evolve, with a little bottle, towards an even smoother substance. Serve between 18 and 20°C, during a convivial meal, with grilled meat, a side of lamb or as an accompaniment to a cheese platter.
AGEING
Already very pleasant from 2023, but we will gain in complexity with a few years of aging in a good cellar.
