    TASTING NOTES

The product of this exceptional gravel terroir on the Plateau du Portets, crafted with painstaking care by Arnaud de Butler, this wine is a beautiful, intense garnet red. Red berried fruit (cassis, redcurrant) predominate in an expressive bouquet, together with smoky, more mineral notes. Made from fully ripened grapes, skilfully extracted to offer rounded, well-integrated tannins which accompany a lingering finish. Yet another excellent wine from Vignobles de Butler.

    TASTING NOTES

The intensity of the garnet tinted dress matches the fresh and frank bouquet which reveals it youth through complex red fruit aromas supported by a subtle hint of peppermint. In the mouth a beautiful balance is established between flavors and expressive aromas. Fine tannins coat the palate, highlighted in the finale note by a persistant touch of forest fruit.
