    TASTING NOTES

There can be no doubting that this wine is the product of the splendid AOC Graves terroir. Its colour is a beautiful deep red and its bouquet evocative of red berried fruit followed by dark chocolate, then mild spices. Rounded and mellow, delicately balanced between toasty notes and fruit, the palate is chewy with a pleasingly aromatic finish and fine length. A mouthfilling wine with fine, elegant tannins and typical Graves flavours (hazelnut and flint), ready for drinking right away and an opportunity for interesting matches with delicate dishes.

    TASTING NOTES

"This wine reflects my passionate dedication and the richness of this magnificent Bordeaux terroir. The bouquet displays an array of ripe fruit, spices and vanilla, with a hint of the minerality and ash typical of this knoll of river-borne gravely soil. The rich, complex body has elegant, moderate tannins and is accompanied by fine freshness and a remarkable aromatic return of red fruits. Certainly to be enjoyed with friends or as an accompaniment to a festive meal, I wish you a great tasting and shared pleasure!" Arnaud de Buttler
