Les Hauts de Bel Air
AOC Bordeaux White
Beautiful pale yellow colour with greenish tints. The nose is bursting with youthful verve, displaying aromas of grapefruit, mango and litchi. The palate is fresh, and aromatic while showing steely intensity. A finely crafted wine which displays all the typical characteristics of this superb variety. Drink chilled from 2013 either as an aperitif or with white meat.
Best drunk chilled within two years after vintage to enjoy its aromatic expression to the full.
A beautiful, brilliant wine with golden tints offering an expressive, generous bouquet typical of the variety. A remarkably expressive Sauvignon, with aromas of exotic fruit (mango), white-fleshed fruit (peach) and a citrussy touch. The palate is just as seductive, displaying balanced, chewy extract and a very fresh back-of-palate which lingers on and on. Served fresh while young, this white wine will make an excellent aperitif. A fine match for white meats or fish as well as seafood platters, and the perfect wine to accompany a summer meal from start to finish.
To drink young, between 9 and 11°C.
