Château Haut Pavarie - Cuvée La Roque
AOC Bordeaux Rouge
Château Haut Pavarie is located in the village of Caplong, to the East of Bordeaux in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. This small property of 16.5 hectares is run by the Mariotto family. Thanks to careful methods used for vine growing, harvesting and wine-making, the property produces wines of great quality every year, in accordance with traditions that have shaped the renown of Bordeaux wines.

TASTING NOTES
With a dark ruby colour, its nose reveals generous aromas of fruit and spices. On the palate, the tannins are silky, velvety smooth and covered by elegant, pleasant body. The finely balanced finish gives superb length of flavours. During a meal with friends, this wine will be a good match with grilled or roasted meat, with duck breast or an ideal accompaniment to a cheeseboard.
AGEING
It can be savoured as from 2020 and also has an ageing potential of several years.
