TASTING NOTES
This wine, matured in barrels, shows a beautiful dark ruby red colour and reveals an expressive nose with scents of blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by a perfectly incorporated grilled, toasted hint. After a first taste full of fruit, its charm works on ample, fleshy body with robust, finely balanced structure. And this enables the flavours to give long persistency on the finish. Your taste buds will be delighted and whisk you away to a universe of kindliness! Very easy to pair, this wine will be a marvellous accompaniment to cooked cold meats, leg of lamb, duck breast, rib-steak or hard cheeses.
AGEING
Taste from 2020. Its structure ensures an ageing period of 8 to 10 years.

VINTAGE 2017
TASTING NOTES
It has a superb opaque ruby colour, dark in the depth and deep purple on the surface. A powerful, complex nose, on scents of crystallised red and black fruit. A spicy and fresh hint appears after swirling the wine. On the palate, the first taste is pure and full. The wine is fleshy, concentrated, with a good tannic structure. The tannins are both powerful and coated. The final is fresh, long and very aromatic. This is a wine that will become more delicate after a few years. It will be very pleasant served with succulent or simply roasted meats, like lamb shoulder, duck breast or thick rib steak, and as it ages, with braised or stewed meat, such as a traditional dish of beef and wine casserole.
