Château Lafont Menaut
AOC Pessac-Léognan White
Coming from the same family which owns Château Carbonnieux one of Bordeaux's most acclaimed dry white wines, it is hardly surprising that Philibert Perrin has shown a true talent for making white wine. Close to another celebrated property, Smith Haut-Lafitte, Lafont Menaut is at once elegant and rich, with intense minerally flavours and classic Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc aromas of citrus and exotic fruit.
Suitable for Vegan.

TASTING NOTES
Beautiful pale yellow in colour with green tints; limpid. Following in the footsteps of the previous vintages, this 2020 offers a rich, expressive bouquet with floral notes (acacia) and mineral, flinty notes The palate is beautifully fresh, with a texture which imparts fullness and length – a style which is definitely reminiscent of its “flagship” wine, Château Carbonnieux. Enjoy with friends chilled as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to a fine dish of seafood.
AGEING
