TASTING NOTES
A beautiful pale yellow with greenish tints, a generous nose of tropical fruits, floral and citrus fragrances ending with marked mineral notes. On the palate, the volume and freshness are further indications of the richness of the Sauvignon, which forms a perfect alliance with the old Sémillon vines to deliver a wonderfully fresh, harmonious balance. A lingering, mineral finish rounds out this fine white Bordeaux.
AGEING
Enjoy it young fruity and lively. After 3 to 4 years of bottle, the wine becomes more complex, more mineral.

Beautiful pale gold color with green reflections. An aromatic white wine, where the Sauvignon seduces the nose with its scents of white flowers, citrus fruits and lychee while the Sémillon brings a round and unctuous body, enhanced by a nice refreshing acidity. The balanced and persistent finish, more mineral and accompanied by light toasted and grilled notes. A delicate and complex wine. To be consumed chilled with a seafood platter, fish or simply as an aperitif.

TASTING NOTES
A brilliant wine with slightly greenish tints, SIRIUS 2022 offers a superb nose of grapefruit, lychee and rose. Razor-sharp, powerful aromas – the sign of perfectly ripened Sauvignon. The volume and freshness on the palate are the hallmarks of rich Sémillon grapes and combine deliciously with the hints of citron, white blossom and vanilla. A powerful, lingering wine, creamy and fresh at the same time.

TASTING NOTES
Sirius Blanc 2023 is a limpid pale yellow with green tints. Sauvignon seduces the nose with its mineral notes and its scents of white flowers and exotic fruits. On swirling, more oaky and vanilla notes afford great charm and complexity. Equally beguiling is the palate, beautifully balanced between freshness, brought by the Sémillon, and aromatic length and displaying just a touch of toastiness. A lingering, mineral finish rounds out this fine white Bordeaux. To be enjoyed fresh as an accompaniment to a seafood platter, fish or simply as an aperitif.
